(re)discover the magic of rest

Modern, portable cabins

Thoughtfully designed in Portland, Oregon

AN ARTFUL APPROACH

We've reimagined the very concept of living spaces.

In 2016 we set out on a journey to redefine the potential of small structures. Determined to create something truly special, we began by unlearning everything we knew about conventional construction practices. Instead of forcing the methodologies of traditional home building into a 'tiny house’, we started from scratch, from the natural environment. Nature became the primary design feature, and each change in dimension, alteration of material, and choice of amenity was to support the experience of being in nature.

Wellness and Sustainability

Your cabin should prioritize your health and the health of our planet. With biophilic design principles, the highest quality materials, energy-efficient systems, and low-waste, prefab construction methods, we ensure that you will enjoy a comfortable space while reducing your carbon footprint.

Our team is certified in the most respected green building programs such as LEED AP, Passive House Tradesperson, and Living Future Accreditation, ensuring that we are always current with the best sustainable building techniques.

ULTIMATE FLEXIBILITY

Take it with you when plans change.

Our cabins are engineered from the ground up to provide the rigidity, minimized weight, and proprietary transportation systems to easily move over and over again, all while maintaining a high performance envelope for maximum energy efficiency and off-grid potential.

This adaptive system provides you with ultimate flexibility for both your current and future plans. Our team will meet with you to discuss your individual dreams and zoning needs, determining whether to permit as an ADU through your State’s modular program or to certify as a ‘Park Model RV’ on wheels.

Through leading building science expertise, your cabin will function equally as well in the cold, damp mountains of the Pacific Northwest and the hot and dry deserts of Southern California. You are choosing a structure that can follow you when plans change.
